Petzimo Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  2. Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  3. Next-Day Delivery (Available for certain locations)

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping (within the continental U.S.).

Delivery Locations

  • Domestic Orders: We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
  • International Orders: We currently ship to select countries. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to local regulations, we do not ship certain products (e.g., perishable items) to some regions.
  • Petzimo does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Petzimo customer support at support@petzimo.com, and we will assist you with the claim process.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s website.
